Dr. Ashley Lucas has 15+ years of education in nutrition and metabolism. She holds a PhD in Sports Nutrition and Chronic Disease and is a Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD). She is the owner and founder of PHD Weight Loss and Nutrition. Dr. Lucas holds a passionate pursuit to help you lose weight and improve every aspect of your life.
